In 2001, the Floyd family left the Texas heat for the cool Ruidoso mountains. Jane & Charles Floyd were enchanted by the cool summers and snowy winters, the wildlife and mountain cabins! They wanted to share just how relaxing it was to escape the city and the heat, forget about work and deadlines, to remember what life was like without cellphones to rule the day.

Jane and Charlie loved the idea of luxurious nightly rentals in the spacious condos, and enjoyed creating a friendly oasis for folks to enjoy away from the stress and fast pace of travel. We are still just as passionate and true to our original goal; affordable & relaxing get-a-ways, that home away from home. We truly enjoy and appreciate your stay.
